Christy Truitt

Christy Kyser Truitt, a 1992 graduate of Auburn University’s School of Liberal Arts, serves as Director of Marketing for Auburn Network, Inc.

Upon graduation with a major in communications and a double minor in journalism/business, Truitt served 11 years in the banking industry before taking time off to concentrate on freelance writing. She has since published two novels, Serenity Point and Where the River Bends in addition to joining the East Alabama Living magazine team as a regular contributor.

Truitt joined the Auburn Network team in 2007 with primary marketing responsibilities for East Alabama Living magazine along with promoting all of the corporation's other divisions.

Truitt is a native of Demopolis, Alabama. She and her husband, Brian, a real estate developer, are parents of Brittany, Abby, Billy and Trent.
